The Archive: Treasures for Readers and Antiquers near Heritage Pointe

Love to read? Enjoy browsing through old books and antiques? Either way, you'll probably find a lot to love about The Archive. This Lansdale shop's located just a short drive away from Heritage Pointe, and it has become a destination for area readers. It's a used bookstore, which means it carries a ton of old titles and that they're sometimes a little less well-organized than chain bookstores. But that's part of the charm, as it's easy for readers to spend an afternoon browsing here and find something they never knew existed.

Fans of genre fiction like sci-fi and mysteries will find shelves devoted to those books, and those who like non-fiction will find quite a bit, too. Along with the books, The Archive has interesting old things like postcards, periodicals, sheet music, rare coins, vinyl records, and other vintage stuff.

Want to see it? The Archive's open Tuesdays through Fridays from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. and on the weekends from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
