This Saturday Near Heritage Crystal Springs: 2016 BrewBQ at Victory Brewing Company

Founded in 1996, Victory Brewing Company has a reputation for producing beers that are piney, citrus-y, earthy, herbal, and aromatic. Victory is even one of a few breweries in the country that uses whole flower hops, while others use a processed version.

Although Victory Brewing is headquartered in Downingtown, the majority of the beers are brewed in their Parkesburg location, which is just a little over 3 miles from Heritage Crystal Springs. Here, you can see the whole brewing process by taking a unique, informative self-guided tour. Or simply sit in Victory's on-site restaurant for a meal of tapas-style plates, like charcuterie, fried mozzarella, and flatbreads.

Of course, you'll want to pair your food with a pint! The HopDevil IPA is a crowd favorite, boasting a bold and spicy flavor with an aromatic punch. (Pair the HopDevil with the baby back ribs, which are hickory smoked and smothered in red barbecue sauce!)

Don't miss the brewery's upcoming events, like 2016 BrewBQ taking place on July 30!
